Change Ticket (Upgrade / Downgrade)
If you have bought a ticket for the upcoming Anarchapulco event, but changed your mind, there are some things we can help with.
If you bought a GA ticket (General Admission) but want to upgrade to a VIP ticket, this is possible, but you have to follow these steps.
- Contact us at [email protected] saying you want to upgrade your ticket.
- Wait for our reply, we will then approve if you can buy a VIP ticket
- you buy the VIP ticket
- We refund you the GA ticket.
We do not offer refunds for tickets, however under certain circumstances we can do something, but contact us first.
